Miss Fit Group Strength Training sessions are offered at our Allen Studio location on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45pm - free trial session also available at ALLEN location only.
Sessions for Bootcamp are typically scheduled year round three times a week for month-to-month registration as early morning sessions at 5:05am, M-W-F in PLANO and at 6pm, M-T-R in MURPHY.
Training sessions for Miss Fit Striders will begin January 2011. Location(s) TBA December 2010.
